This acronym stands for the Weeneebayko Area Health Integration Framework Agreement. It merged two hospitals (Weeneebayko General Hospital & James Bay General Hospital) into one known as the Weeneebayko Area Health Authority ("WAHA"). WAHA was formed on October 1, 2010. Official transcripts and the documentary evidence can be obtained by anyone by simply filling out a Freedom of Informatiom Request Form and paying a nominal fee. This is the transparency of Canada’s judicial system and it is immune from any and all acts of bullying and intimidation.
