Green Goblin

It is common knowledge that all judicial and quasi  judicial hearings are open to the public in Ontario. Given this, any member of the public may attend. All Decisions are published online. Official transcripts and the documentary evidence can be obtained by anyone by simply filling out a Freedom of Informatiom Request Form and paying a nominal fee. This is the transparency of Canada’s judicial system and it is immune from any and all acts of bullying and intimidation.

Attached is the sworn testimony of Dr. John Waddell directed at Dr. Gordon Green (Chief of Staff 2013 - 18] during the hearing of Waddell versus WAHA on December 14, 2016. This belongs with the People of the Mushkegowuk Territory.

‘ Dr. Green;

If one tells fibs & gives false witness, they are a liar.

If one commits wicked deeds, they are evil.

If one shows no grace, compassion or leniency, they are without mercy.

If one is rigid and single-minded, they are unyielding.

If one is disgraceful and degrading, they are dishonourable.

If one oppresses, dominates, abuses authority and privilege they are a bully.

When you came to the region all I wanted from you was to look after the best interests of all of WAHA’s patients at all times. That is the duty of the Chief of Staff. In the face of extreme personal hardship, I provided you with all of the tools and insight you needed to do this, including impressing upon you how sick the region’s patients were and the desperate need for doctors to get into the communities to better serve them. You failed to do this. Instead, you knowingly choose to improve the quality of the physicians’ lives, including your own, at the expense of this Boards’ patients. In doing so you lie and misrepresent, make excuses, like you did under oath last month and in your written statement confirmed under oath [affidavit].

Furthermore, you did nothing to protect me from my colleagues who you knew had so badly injured me. Instead, you choose to inflict more hurt upon with the intent to drive me out from the region and beat me into submission. In doing this, you obeyed no rule, no law, no sense of human decency. You enlisted others to violate me, rape me, publicly called me a filthy whore, blamed me for your assaults, and cast me into a ditch like a piece of trash to die, broken and alone. You robbed me of my dignity and sense of worth.

To let you know of the scars you caused me, I will share this story. I work part-time in a prison now. I saw a patient die through negligence of the nursing staff and correction officers. The judge gave him a short sentence for theft but the guards and nurses meted out a death penalty, as collectively they deemed him unworthy, ‘a piece of shit.' On two other occasions, I saw the aftermath of 2 patients beaten by guards for mental illness. I watched these indignities in silence and did nothing as I was frozen in fear, as my fight to look after the interests of my patients can only be in good and easy times, never during rough and difficult times. I selfishly defended my interest rather then selflessly defending my patients’ interests. That is a horrible way for me to live.

I hate you for what you have done to my patients through your heinous and vile actions taken upon me. It is disgraceful that you have lied about me to the MAC, and this Board to ruin my reputation and rob me of my career. It is despicable and dastardly that you enlisted so many at WAHA to conspire against me to bring your wrath of revenge down upon me without mercy simply for wanting the violence against me to stop and for my patients to be better served. I will pursue you and your hoodlums through the infernos of hell shedding my last drop of blood and gasping my final breath to seek the retribution that all of you deserve and there will be no mercy, as you showed me none despite many opportunities to do so.’’
