Document Request February 13, 2026

I asked for these documents through the appropriate means to the WAHA Executive Coordinator and Board Lisaison Ms. Morgan Bagan on February 17, 2026. In the event I get these records, I will post them on this site.

These records have been repeatedly requested by several people throughout the Mushkegowuk Territory from Attawapiskat First Nations, Fort Albany Fort Nations, Kashechewan First Nations, Moose Cree First Nations & Weenusk First Nations over the last 18 months from various officials at the WAHA that includes the CEO Ms. Lynne Innes, Chief of Staff Dr. Elaine Gagnon, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Jack Hutchinson and the Ms. Bagan with no success.

It begs the questions:

Why are public documents being withheld?

Who is making these determinations?

As to their significance?

The Board Minutes will show who is in charge of the WAHA, be it the senior executive team or the Board of Directors in matters that relate as to who is issuing conditional threats to me.

The Expense Reports of Dr. Green, Dr. Martens and Mr. Schmidt will show to what levels each of these men took to defend their actions that culminated on September 25, 2015 wherein I was charged, tried, convicted and sentenced in absentia.
